Services
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate signed statement of work (SOW) or master services agreement between Docorio and the client. These website Terms apply to general use of the site and do not replace a signed SOW.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, as defined in the applicable SOW. Docorio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal accelerators used to deliver the work.
Website use
- You may not use this site for unlawful purposes or to infringe on others’ rights.
- Content on this site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We may update site content and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docorio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to delivered services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
